WHEN YOU DON’T SHOW, WE UNFORTUNATELY ALL SUFFER. Our priority is to take care of you and your beauty needs. No-shows and cancellations affect our professionals and our clients significantly. Effective Nov 1, 2021, Summit Salon requires all guests to have a valid credit card on file to hold appointment times. Upon checkout, guests may use a payment of choice, such as cash, a difference card, gift card, etc. LATE CANCEL POLICY: Summit Salon graciously appreciates a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This will allow us time to accommodate other guests wanting to book appointments. It also ensures that our team of professionals’ time is being filled. Late cancellations or reschedules will be charged 50% of services scheduled. NO-SHOW POLICY: Summit Salon will charge 100% of services scheduled for no-shows. Appointments canceled within 2 hours or less will be considered a no-show. LATE POLICY: Guests who are 15 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule their appointment. Clients that do not honor their appointment times will be charged 100% for the missed services. CHILDREN POLICY: As a courtesy to our guests and for liability purposes. We kindly ask that you make other arrangements for your children unless they have a scheduled appointment. PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time of service.
